    IP Key presents IP Café - A series of open discussions addressing current intellectual property issues in the European Union and China.  These debates feature key experts from the European Union and China discussing the issues that shape today’s IP landscape. Together they share thought provoking ideas on how to improve the development of China’s IP environment as China continuously moves to an innovation led economy.

    Collective Rights Management

    At a time when the third revision of China’s copyright law is entering the final drafting process, the first IP Café will be held in partnership with Renmin University and will focus on Collective Rights Management.  Benoit Misonne, Team Leader of IP Key brings together key experts from the European Union and China, asking them what factors affect the development of a functioning, transparent and balanced collective right management system and what challenges Collective Management Organisations (CMO’s) face, in particular in the digital era.
